Nestled at the entrance of the city of Luçon in Vendée, Au Fil des Saisons is a hotel restaurant that was taken over in 2006 by Laurent and Audrey Soulard.
The hotel has 6 rooms decorated with different themes, welcomes you in a warm and invites you to calm and day dream!
The restaurant, meanwhile, can accommodate 40 people in the dining room and 22 on the terrace.

Excellente adresse, le personnel est aux petits soins, très à l'écoute des demandes particulières ( même quand on a des allergies alimentaires). Les produits sont vraiment de qualité et cuisinés avec finesse et precision ( l'équilibre des saveurs et notamment des épices est parfait) même le pain - fait maison lui aussi- est excellent, sans aucun doute le meilleur restaurant de Luçon.
