Nestled at the entrance of the city of Luçon in Vendée, Au Fil des Saisons is a hotel restaurant that was taken over in 2006 by Laurent and Audrey Soulard.
The hotel has 6 rooms decorated with different themes, welcomes you in a warm and invites you to calm and day dream!
The restaurant, meanwhile, can accommodate 40 people in the dining room and 22 on the terrace.

The hotel is open from Monday to Sunday, the reception, in the evening, opens from 6 p.m.

Hier soir nous avons célébré avec mon amie nos deux ans de rencontre, dans cadre très agréable.
Nous avons dégusté des mets d'une grande qualité.
Une cuisine très raffinée avec d'excellents conseils pour le choix du vin .
Le chef a pris le temps de venir discuter avec nous à table en fin de service, ce qui est fort agréable.
Moment de partage tres convivial.
Audrey et Laurent sont des personnes passionnés par leur travail a la recherche permanente de la perfection.
Ils mettent en avant les produits du terroir vendéen.
La carte changeant régulièrement, nous avons qu'une hâte c'est de revenir dans cet établissement au plus vite...

Une nouveau déjeuner cette année 2026, un accueil chaleureux et très agréable. Les mets sont exceptionnels, une qualité gustative !!! Les conseils du choix des vins sont agréables et permettent de découvrir des nouvelles saveurs.
