Nestled at the entrance of the city of Luçon in Vendée, Au Fil des Saisons is a hotel restaurant that was taken over in 2006 by Laurent and Audrey Soulard.
The hotel has 6 rooms decorated with different themes, welcomes you in a warm and invites you to calm and day dream!
The restaurant, meanwhile, can accommodate 40 people in the dining room and 22 on the terrace.

Si vous voulez manger et vous regaler dans un restaurant qui ne vous sert que des produits frais et fait maison de l' entrée au dessert le tout assorti à des vins conseillés par une vraie professionnelle, et avec en plus la encore des alcools (rhum et whisky) locaux je vous recommande cet endroit. Le service est soigné et très agreable. Et je me permettrai de dire pour finir que le rapport qualité prix est plus que raisonnable

Nous sommes arrivés un peu par curiosité. Nous recherchions des produits régionaux cuisinés.
Nous avons été enchantés de l'accueil. Un moment réconfortant alors que le tonnerre grondait au dehors.
Un service impeccable, des plats aussi beaux que bons. Chaque assiette est remplie de saveurs et de gourmandise.
Nous conseillons vivement le menu découverte avec entrée, poisson, viande, pause fraîcheur, dessert et suggestion de vin pour une expérience culinaire incroyable.

Nous sommes allés avec ma femme un soir dans ce restaurant et nous avons vécu une expérience culinaire magique. Absolument tout est fait maison jusqu'au petit pains que finalement nous n avons pas pu toucher tellement rassasiés. Une justesse tout au long du repas, vraiment délicieux. Les membres du restaurant sont adorables. Merci encore

Excellent restaurant, nous avons passé un super moment et des plats tout bonnement délicieux !! Cependant réel bémol sur les desserts que nous avons regretté d'avoir pris au vu de l'écart de qualité dans l'accord des produits entre les plats et les desserts...

Le meilleur restaurant que j'ai fréquenté en 10 ans.
Les plats sont complexes et maîtrisés, dur de décrire l'excellence des recettes et du cuisinier ! Le pain de maïs est excellent et le service professionnel.
La terrasse est mignonne dans un cadre verdoyant et bien entretenu.
